Best buy products / Only products ships the products on a priority basis on every product. The material  gets shipped in the courier mode or commercial mode which ever is safe, and accepted by the customer or the best possible way to reach the customer. Shipping Costs are most competitive and nominal depending on the Category of the Product, Insurance, Value and Place of delivery. Do refer to the details below for shipping cost of each product category. Please note that the shipping costs vary, as the rates of many items are weight-based. Most of the material will be shipped on pay basis, were the customer can pay the bill on the delivery of the consignment.

The Budgeted Transportation or Freight cost are displayed below:

Computer Related products : Ex - Computers, Laptops,Printers, Copiers etc - Sent through Courier with Insurance.
Industrial Spares : All through surface transport or Courier.
Office Products : Will be Sent through Courier with insurance.

Note: Certain states have more rules and regulations on entry tax etc., in that case the consignment or material will be shipped after the customer provides all the nescessary details required for despatch.

Delivery Time

Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 9 working days, after payment is confirmed. However, certain categories of products have a different lead-time for delivery purely due to the nature of the product and market stock availability. We hold major stock but supply from our distributors is at times delayed at such times we keep the buyer informed.

Returns:

If any material or consignment which is delivered to you, is found out to be defective or broken or damaged in transit only will be replaced without any extra cost. The customer has to re book the same material or consignment through the same mode of transport or courier with a duly signed letter and acceptance by the transporter that the equipment was damanged during the transit.

If by any chance different material is delieverd to your site, that material can be returned in the same way and new replaced consignment will delivered at free of cost.
